The guy doesn't fish much but he does know how to measure. I figure he doesn't know what a bass looks like. I want to see the pic so I can figure out what he caught and then encourage him on future fishing ventures. If it really is a bass I was trying to get some intel in case he was fishing a neighborhood private lake and could get me in.
If it really is a Bass,..then I would say show the pic 2 WDFW for verification,..IF it's a Bass,..no matter SMB/LMB either way it's a State Record!

Never caught a state record before, but I'm sure that if it was not weighed on a certified scale, then it is just a really nice picture#-o

I was thinking the same thing. But what about a picture and a BM full of fish bones?

It looks like the guy had "big eyes" and the fish doesn't look 32 inches long (to me). Here's the picture.

I'd call it something like that. Dilbert wasn't as generous. It is nice to know it wasn't a true hogzilla, just a very nice bass.

Unless his boat is a HOUSEBOAT:pirat: , it does not look like it stayed at the lake. The picture looks like a backyard BBQ...

oh well guys, dont give the guy to much crap. it tends to piss alot of people off. dont want to turn this into a thread that other sites do.....

no matter what that is a nice bass, but just like i said its like calling a 4 pounder a 6. its big all right but not 32 inches big. tell him nice catch, he obviously put time into fishing.

The guy who caught the fish is not on this forum and he's very new to fishing.
