well hello everyone got to the lake early hit it hard wind was blowing good i had overcast skies, water clarity is worse........tried many things, in the end i was able to do good.....lost some but hey thats fishing....banks are very wet and slippery be careful.

fish are not very aggressive so you have to work hard for a bite
less activity overall the fish seem to be able to locate a bait in almost no visability....

Castro Valley? Almost my old stomping grounds. I grew up in Livermore back when it was a separate town from Pleasanton! Used to fish Del Valle before it was an actual lake.
