Has anyone ever tried Pink worms on the skook, I just found some of those mad river worm that are black with a pink tail that would look awesome in the skook but I have heard those fish don't seem to like the worm that much any info?

Either one it is early on both but alway worth a try to fish barrier dam on the cow but might be crowded.

Just got back from the Skook and only saw 1 fish on the bank. So slow but the whitefish were biting oh and sunbird shopping center has aero jigs for $1.88!

Looks like the chehalis went up just over 3 feet in a day. Hopefully it gave more fish a chance to get around the nets. Been 2 weeks since i fished. Sheesh im really starting to go through withdrawals.

just down there today, slow as usual. Water rose rom last weekend but still a little low.

Just got back from the skookumchuck river. Man was it a goood day ! I saw easily 10 landed and possibly more. I went steel less, but I managed to get my good friend kii on his first steelhead ever,a beautiful 14lb hen on a bobber and jig. Pics will be on later !

I fished all morning yesterday from the hatchery to the deadline across the fields and only saw 2 dark fish caught were you lower in the river?

I saw one caught at night glow ballin by the guy right next to me. In the morning I saw 4 fish hooked and landed at the hatchery. With float and jig. It was a early morning bite, as soon as the sun hit the water. Then it just died all of a sudden. At the fields we saw 5 taken out. One also being ours. What time did you get there King Daddy ?
