Matt, when you and I are the only crazies on the river in December, I'll keep the old Starcraft out of the way of your Wooly...

Courtesy goes a long ways now a days. However, its not hard to run into people who don't have any.

While such people make you want to scream expletives at them, the best way to resolve it/change their behavior is to politely ask them to change their behavior and tell them what they are doing wrong...

haha good one bodo. I have seen Matt he does all he can to avoid the crowds and running peoples gear over. but also remember it is pink season and alot of people are on the river i was out with matt one day and some one got a buzzer caught on the back of the boat and we were in the middle of the channel running. like previosly said both sides can be blamed. i also did my best when i was running the 24ft willie. some times you have to go balls to the wall so you dont rip your pump off or have bankies get angry. yes guides, bankies, boaters if they see you hooking up left and right they will crowd in on you. Also the river is super low so sleds are gonna be going faster to stay on plane. yes i have gotten mad at boaters but thats normally when they run a inboard jet 10 feet in front of me and i am chest deep in the river. the sad part was that they (sort) of stay a bit farther away untill I told them that since I couldn't fish the outer part of the submerged tree that they were wellcome to fish it. As you can see they didn't (dumb and dumber) didn't know that they should have fish'd away from it casting to it but maybe I'm still being to nice to think that they really would not intentially park were the fish were. funny that they didn't even drop a line in though they had poles???:-k :-k :-k It has never fail though that when boatWADS/shoreWANKERS, leave (with out a bite) I go on to catch a few more from the same spot!!![thumbsup] [thumbsup] [thumbsup]
