GB took the win today and we will be facing the Bears next saturday, a team we beat on the road during the regular season. Wouldn't it be SICK if there was an NFC championship at Quest?!

Great job hawks, way to show the NFL and the entire country that Seattle sports don't always suck.

I thought you said we had nothing to offer compared to the powerhouses of the NFL. We'll let you back on the bandwagon, but you have to sit in the back.

All I can say is that this was for all the haters or so called Hawk fans!!! This was there Super Bowl and they proved that no matter how much of an underdog you might be if you believe and play with heart good things can happen. This team is a work in progress but the confidence the last two weeks have brought cant replace a possible first round gamble that many were wishing for. Bring on Chicago is it game time yet!!!! GO HAWKS!!!!!

If you look back to the FIRST GAME OF THE SEASON you will find that I started the ORIGINAL Seahawks support thread and got nothing but RIDICULE from the entire forum.

I still think they are a weak team in a weak division but that doesn't mean I am not a fan. I watched every game this season and last even the bad ones, I critiqued and grew with the team. AND I still don't think the hawks have much to offer against some of the other teams in the league.... like say.... the FALCONS who we WOULD be playing on Saturday had the Pack not won yesterday afternoon.

Go head, check the link:

POWERHAWKS: The official Seahawks Support thread.

Wow Matt, my comment wasnt directed at you. I remember you started the thread, I was talking about all the haters on more of a national level like say Colin Cowherd or the entire ESPN crew or Fox. And there are a few around locally. But for the most part the people on here are fans just frustrated I suppose. If you ever listen to 710 kiro and before the Rams game how many called in hoping for the Hawks to lose to get better draft status ( absolutley absurd) if your a true fan you never want your team to lose IMO! Anyway no reason to go that route with it this is still a positive thread and a huge positive for the Hawks relax dude and enjoy the ride.

My post was more directed at NathanD and his asinine statement.

I agree with you that asking for them to lose so they could get a better draft spot is absurd. What is better, a draft pick or playoff experience for THE ENTIRE TEAM. I was pretty disgusted a lot of the time with the nonchalance of the announcers as they watched the games unfold and hated on the hawks THE HOME TEAM.

I am ready for them to beat the Buurrrs and bring the NFC Championship HOME!

Go Hawks!

The Seahawks' season speaks for itself. What was it? 6 and 9? I don't follow most sports, I'd rather be fishiing.

SO!!! Let's get back to supporting the team and less bickering.

'Next Generation' is on and I'm missing it.

I just hope we can bring the 6 sacks we busted out on the Bears back in October. It was a close game then and its going to be a close game and tough battle this Saturday. I expect to see more action out of Lynch, Washington continuing to make his outstanding returns, and lets all cross out fingers Tatupu is back and ready to play after his concussion against NO.
