I was able to put my father-in-law on to his first ever Chinook last week.

But I couldn't let him out fish me.

Thanks Mike, I enjoy that photo..might have to make it my new avatar.
My camera has a 2-3second delay, which in this case is good. When I snapped the pic...I don't recall him
pointing at the time.

Great pics Trackster and Big D

Awesome photo Drumdog. I'm an avid pike angler. The backdrop is nice too.

This is by no means a big bass but I share this photo for the story behind it.
This was taken from Silver Lake in Spokane County while my buddy Todd and I were fishing for muskies.
I was tossing a 10inch crankbait and this turd slammed it like a freight train. It was also my first lmb of
2008,who'd a thought I'd have to drive 5 hours for the first bass of the year.:-" :clown:

Took my wife fishing on the E. Fork Lewis River w/ a friend who guides the area. This was my wife’s 1st time salmon fishing…so I wanted her to feel what it was like to catch some of these brutes. Well…not only did she catch the most fish, she also caught the first, the last, the only keeper and the BIGGEST that went approx 55#! She had the time of her life and I’ll tell you she was determined to bring that fish in by herself. And what a battle it was…it dragged her through the hole at least 4 times, under 5 or 6 boats, a guy had to cut his line and we removed 6-8 other lines in the battle. But she never gave up! And YES...she's the same one who took 1st and 2nd for Trout, in our fishing derby at Lk Sammamish this year too!
