Laser Lure

Post by tommytitan08 » Tue Mar 31, 2009 5:46 pm

Just saw a fascinating commercial for the Laser Lure.Anybody checked out the laser lure or used it. This lure claims that just like a dog is fascinated with a red laser light fish are well. Heres the link www.laserlure.com.

I have not seen the commercial, but I did see an interview with a few bass pros who use them on TackleTour. The pros were Mike Iaconnelli Matt Newman.

Thought it was a "Gimmeck-Lure",..but with Iacaneeli-Newman-Duckett and the BMC endorsing it I guess it works,..I play with my dog with a laser all the time,..she loves it,..kinda cool,..wonder if they'll make BIGGER baits with it?

Warning on the Laser.....

Don't point those things toward the air or anywhere aircraft are in the vacinity. Dept. of Homeland Security will come visiting you. Otherwise, I don't see why they would not work in water up to Tea clarity. Even a laser can't get through Washington Mud.

OK guys, a tool for each job, a job for each tool. For years the lighted lures were the best, almost only, lure for Steelhead at the confluence of the Clearwater and Snake Rivers. They fish them at night, and they do quite well. Recently the main source of that lure has closed down, and the old lures are hard to come by. I believe the lure was the Vortex, but being I don't like to troll for steelhead, I am not sure.

If Laser lure comes out with Steelhead colors, it will be purchased, and it will catch fish. :thumright

For Bass, well at least the Banjo minnow makes since to me, it is pretty much a slugo on steroids.:-"

I think I will wait for a while on this one.:study:
Too much water, so many fish, too little time.

seems like something nice to try but at $20 for the one lure, it better be good enough to replace 4 existing lures. how long would the battery hold up before it needs to be replaced, and can the battery be replaced?

If you can't fix it with a hammer or duct tape, then it isn't broken
