It was not crowded this weekend, if you have waders there is plenty of room to spread out, without them there is still room just limits where you can fish from.

Hey guys what is the park name of the "Kent soccer fields" everyone keeps mentioning? Can't figure out which park it is from google maps lol.

Also, does anyone know if further downstream like Ft.Dent park is there still any fish in there?

I have waders I'm just curious where most of the fish are right about now

"Kent soccer fields" = North Green River Park.

I'm not sure if there is any fish down in tukwila area but I do know that much of the fish has moved upstream. Saturday and Sunday were lights out fishing, yesterday and today was super slow. Not much rolling compared to weekend

I have always known it as the pea patch. Guess it is called North Green River Park. 259th St and Green river road.

I would say it's worth a try.
They are in and the bulk of the run is just starting to trickle in

Are Chums or Coho's still running in the green river? Was thinking about going over towards Cecil Moses or Codiga Park tomorrow/this weekend to see if i can get something.

Recommendations on spots that are not elbow to elbow? I'm fine making a trek to find some more secluded spots, even if its middle of the day on the weekday(Friday)

Thanks!

If you name a spot on the internet its inevidable fate will be elbow to elbow. Its best not to share secluded spots on the interwebs

I'm still learning and exploring this system @chowdan, but what I've found so far is there is plenty of decent water where you can get away from some of the crowds if you walk away from the main holes that are well known and go exploring in those areas. I just started at some well known spots and just started walking around. Just watch out for homeless encampments. Those always give me the willies when I stumble upon them.

Here I was hoping on trying to catch chum. I'm in tukwila, so that means the fish are all gone for sure.

Anybody know what time they open the gate for the parking lot at metzler?
I showed up yesterday morning at 7 and ended up parking on the street and walking about a mile.
I'm guessing 8?

I hate that walk...

I think it's eight or whenever the parks department shows up....

How was fishing?
