Wilderness 11 - 9 Foot Pontoon Boat

Post by Elijah.Loves.Fishin » Sat Apr 02, 2011 1:53 am

Hey Guys,

I'm selling my brand new, never used Wilderness 11 - 9 Foot Pontoon Boat.
It's made by WorldWideSourcingLtd.

It comes with Oars and have a rack in the back that can store a battery, tackle bags, and mount a trolling motor, it has rod holders, tons of storage, and all sorts of goodies.

I bought this a little over a month ago and was extremely excited to be able to take it out to a bunch of lakes around western washington.

However, I got pulled over a couple days ago in Kirkland on the way to work.
Got in the right lane to pass a guy in the left lane doing 20 in a 35.
Slowed down right after I passed but ended up getting a ticket..
Sigh.. Cops at the end of the month trying to meet their quota.. SMH..

Anyways, I'm a little short on cash and need money to pay for an attorney to fight the ticket so I'm trying to sell my Pontoon.

I have a set price in my mind that I'm willing to let it go for.

PM Me with reasonable offers if you're interested.

Thanks!

How much is that ticket? Not as much as a lawyer to fight it I'd think.
Most traffic infraction tickets are reduced in court if you go in humble and respectful and explain the circumstances.

He may have a clean record and want to keep of that way. Many insurance companies rate for the past 5 years. Who knows how much more a person will pay collectively overtime with violations vs without.

I think these retail for 300$ at COSTCO? Somewhere around that?

Well, its probably too late but, he could have deferred the ticket, if his record was clean. Pay the fine, stay good for a year and bam the ticket disappears. Never goes on the record and ins co never sees it to increase your premium. Fairly easy process. Anyway back to the pontoon...is this still available? Oh, its only a myth about the quota thing...for some depts anyway.:-"

it's not the price of the ticket that bothers me, it's getting a ticket on my record and having to pay higher insurance costs. i ended up getting a deferral and not hiring a lawyer.

exactly why i was going to hire a lawyer. but i called the court and found out that i was eligible for a deferral. so i opted for that instead.

no that wasn't it. there was a guy in front of me doing 20 in a 35 in the left lane, so i passed him and slowed down immediately after passing, but the motorcycle cop caught me just as i was passing him. it was not in a school zone.

i did end up getting a deferral, had to pay a $200 court processing fee but not the ticket itself. and yes it is still for sale. it's been used once on bitter lake for about 2 hours. it comes with a cigarette adapter air pump. i'm asking for 300 for it all.

whoops.. i could have sworn that i logged out of my new account and signed back into my old account but oh well. the cat is out of the bag!

this is elijah.loves.fishin, my second account :P

and to anyone who posted a reply or is just seeing this, i apologize for the delayed response. after i posted this, i couldn't find my way back to it. also with no email notifications, i wasn't aware of any responses haha..

the pontoon has been used 1 on bitter lake for 2 hours and i got skunked.
it was a windy day and i didn't have my anchor set up and i spent more time looking like a fool fighting the find with oars, than actual fishing.

it comes with a cigarette adapter air pump and i'm asking for 300 for it all.

PM me if interesting please.. on either account haha :D

good deal on getting the deferral, I was just posting that instead of selling the toon and hiring a lawyer, I would have asked for it to be deferred
