I am selling my 12ft jon boat and trailer. It is a decent boat and is very stable and floats great. I built casting decks in it, and have the seats to put seats in it just havent got around to doing it yet. The trailer was liscenced in September. Let me know if intrested. Comes with Life jackets, trolling motor battery, oar. Asking 800.00 or best offer.

Well were I come from, "Kentucky" If it is small, aluminum, and a smaller motor than a 75 horse motor than it's a jon boat.

Ahhh. Around here jon boats are considered flat bottom boats. Some Jon boats are semi-v hulls though. if you stick it on craigslist I'd change it to a v-hull for its description...

whats the diffrence in V and semi V. This one isnt V'd all the way back just at the front. Is it worth this much or not. Like I said I am going by the prices of baots back home.

Then your's is a semi v. Many small aluminums are like this actually so they are very stable in the back of the boat. As for worth I'd say thats a good price maybe even worth seeking a bit more before you part with it...

Apparently now my buddy is more looking for a completely flat bottomed boat (jon) that he can just fit in his pickup. So he doesn't really need a trailer nor does he have space for it...

Would you be willing to sell the trailer by itself?

yea but I still think he wants a a flat bottomed all the way around and something really light that he can man himself when he's on the lake himself..

I would have to have 500.00 for the trailer alone.
