Navionics platinum chips

Post by midnghtshdow » Wed Aug 04, 2010 4:31 pm

I have 2 2006 and on that is 2008 platinum chips for different places. They show the conture of the land, and topo for the water. One is for seattle around lake washington but not for it. And I have one for the columbia river where it comes out to the ocean. Not the whole Columbia. Then I have one that is for ca-nv-ut-az-co-nm, for all major lakes in those states. Remember these are full 3d image maps.

Seattle 50.00
Columbia 50.00
2008 ca-nv-ut-az-co-nm- 100.00
Wherever there is water there must be a fish!

by any chance do you know if the plat chip is compatible with a Lowrance LMS-522c?

*edit*

Nevermind, i found the compatibility sheet on Navonics website. Looks like only up to the Premium map for this model. I really wanted to replace this LEI "Premier Lakes" chip cuz it sucks.

Good luck.

LOL....so you list your LEI chip right after you state that "it sucks".

This isnt an attempt to hijack this thread. But the only reason it sucks is because it doesnt have my local lake, lol. Bought a Navionics and all is good.
