Me being a high school student i felt like posting how my high school team has brought national attention to the state of washington. My hs Skyline is currently rated 18th in the top 25 in the nation. We have the top prospect in the 2010 class by the name of Jake Heaps. If you guys have not heard about him i would suggest reading up on him. Or searching his videos on youtube. He is a junior with over 20 scholarships from D1 schools. We also are considered too have the best wr combo in the state of Gino Simone and Kasen Williams. Our defense is impenatrable as we have outscored opponents 296-8 in 7 games with 5 shutouts.

Here is an article of our most recent win against a good team in issaquah.

My son plays for Redmond, left offensive tackle, #64. We play Skyline next week. It's been a tough season for us with some injuries and some close games that we gave up. Congrats on such a successful season. My son is looking forward to being scouted by the scouts that came to watch Skyline, LOL. :-)

No offense mike but this could be a blowout game by the end of the 1st quarter
Yeah if any of you guys have ESPNU skyline will be televised in their game against Bothell on OCT 30 for the KINGCO 4A Championship

I play for Interlake. WR/DB.
We're 4 and 3 right now, and we have three more games...Mt. Rainer, Bellevue, and a seattle school, either Cleveland, Chief Sealth or someone like that.
I think we'll end up 6 and 4.
Last year we were a 3A team but now we're 2A, but we still play in the Kingco 3A league. When we beat Mt Rainer Friday we'll have earned a 2A play offs spot.

Good luck fishingmachine. You guys are definetly the team to beat. I am an assistant coach for a 1A school on the east side. We struggled this year with only one win, but we are extremely young and will be more competitive next season. I will go watch you guys because I understand you will be playing at Lampson stadium in Pasco sometime down the road. Are you in the same bracket as Southridge? They have all the tools to make a run for it as well.

So your defense finally gave up a point...haha! Not that I really have a right to talk here though. :-"

Believe it or not there was something in the paper about Eastlake heading to the playoffs, but I didn't read the whole article so I am just hoping for now.

You don't have to be on the field to be part of a team. Believe me, some of the hardest teams to beat are the ones that have the rowdiest and supportive fans. That also makes the team fire up to another level, and a team like Skyline can sure dominate if they are at another level
