Nope, I have 2 street bikes (ZG1000, EX500) and my son has a 350 watt electric bike (15 mph max) I got him when he was 5. Both of my bikes absolutley fly but I can't tell you how fast I've been 8-[ ... er, rather wont.... I simply dont have the guts to go any faster than I have for 2 reasons.

1)Cops, tickets, jail.... #-o

Make sure your using protective gear=d> , and make sure you not rolling on a public road. Pocket bikes are hard to see, even for other riders. Join a club and then you get to use a track to ride. Get to go faster, on better surfaces, with 0 chance of getting hit by a car or a speeding ticket. Join a group like this http://www.wmrra.com/, but you'll need to be a licensed driver, have a motorcycle endorcement, and a bike. With a little searching you might be able to find a pocket bike race club..

Good Luck, and keep it on 2 wheels!

A free WashingtonLakes.com bumper sticker to the first person that can tell me where my bike is parked. Geographic name please.. city, location.. something like that. "In a parking spot" doesnt count...

Holly Carp that was fast, under 5 minutes. Ok DrewP, you got it. I'll be back up there on Sept 5 for 4 days camping. Gotta be the best State Park in Washington.

I was gonna say 'near a hippie bus' but then I saw the bridge. Deception Pass. That place is awesome, unless you fall in when the tide is rushing under the bridge. That sucks. Because it's really cold and really fast and really suckish. I went there on a camping trip and my friends dog tried to swim after a stick that was rushing out with the current. That was pretty scary.

But farm raised Costco salmon is terrible! Give him three fish to make up the difference. It will hold off poaching for a bit longer too.

Good idea Marc! Dogfish! I'll get four dogfish fresh from the sound, since I saw the saltwater thread you put up.

yea i know what your saying.the thing is.is that i have ridin next and past man cops they didnt really do anything but look at me funny.but i never rider were the main road is.only the back roads.on my private property.and yea man im extra sorry to hear your friend got crippled.that would suck big time. and yea the kind i have you can ride it on the regualr street with cars.all it needs is mirrors but lol i wouldnt ride that thing on the regular street.that would be extra dumb.cause your so low to the ground.and ive got some pretty decent gear like a helment and what not but i should get a full face one!! and yea since it is a 110 cc yes i do need an endosement but.wen on private property all you need is the owners/owners to say yes you can ride and then you dont need one.ive allready talked with a cop about it.and as far as clubs go they have one in oregon.but its for the liler bikes like the acctuly pocket bikes mines a mid bike.but yea
