2016 Guess the Year End Members Contest

It's time again for our popular "Guess the Year End Members" Contest!
Your challenge - guess how many registered members you think there will be come Dec 31, 2016. Here are the rules for the contest:
Rules of the Contest:
1) Guess the number of Registered Members as of the end of the year, 12-31-2016.
2) The person closest to the actual number (over or under) is the winner.
3) You may only make one guess, and your guess is final.
4) You may not guess closer than 5 numbers on either side of someone else's guess. Let's not crowd each other's fishing turf, LOL. If you do, I will adjust it to no closer than five numbers apart.
5) The last guess will be allowed on Oct 1st.
The winner will receive cool stuff from our Sponsors and NWFR! Minimum value will be $50 in FISHING STUFF AND $25 cash .
Our Final Membership total for 2015 was 35,680.
As of today (July 1st) we are at 37,168. Spokey9 won last year, guessing only 28 off the year end total. Pretty good guess Spokey9!
Can he repeat? Or will you be the next Champion Guesser? Will you guess early to lock in a number, or wait until the last day? Time to think strategy!
