Great video.
Thanks for sharing Mike, I'm sure many people are going to benefit from watching this. And that knife is incredible.
I wish Bruce would fillet all my fish.

I just filleted a couple coho, ya, I like the knife.

Yes I need one of those, my knife seems like a butter knife compared to that. But Bruce has probably fileted a few hundred/thousand more salmon than I have so he makes it look especially easy.
