Northwest Fishing Reports

Changes are coming to the Pier. Paid parking will be $1 a hour or $5 all day. Also, no access between 10pm-5am. Not sure if you get there before 10pm how long you can stay. It says it will remain open to pedestrian access.

There going to sell a pass for Des Moines residents for $30. Doesn't say if that includes access between 10pm-5am. If not I won't be buying one. Will either walk or ride the bike.

I live close to Des Moines pier and Fished off of it a couple of times, I was never able to catch anything there. I wouldn't want to pay money just be fish there.
