It may be good news if you are a rich guy with a big boat or can afford a charter off the coast,or drive all the way to the Columbia with a boat or hire a guide. The shore fisherman or the guy on a low buget with a small boat is tough outa luck. But you can bet that 8-1,8-2 and the rivers will be choked with gill nets
