Anyone Ever Fished Mountain Meadows Lake East of Newport?

Does anyone know anything about Mountain Meadows Lake, 9 miles west of Newport? Is there public access to the lake or is it private? I can't find any information on fish being stocked in it.

If it's the lake I'm thinking of...There is no real access there. There is a house on the South side of the Lake. I can't remember but there was something there that discouraged me to go to the house to ask to fish it. It's right next to a dirt road, probably would be easy to get a tube or canoe into maybe. It's been about four years since I have been there though. Looks to be about 5 acres big if I remember right.
