What to use at American Lake?

I have not been having very good luck the past two outings on American. I have thrown all my go-to trout stuff at them to no avail. We did, however, get a couple of take downs with jointed Rapalas before we headed back to the launch last weekend.
What are your go-to American Lake trout lures?

Haven't trout fished American in a long time. I'd be going with the thin blade spoons (frog) or maybe a worm troll.

On american, if you're trout fishing, start with a worm trolling rig. The big fish are holding about 20 feet down right now. Also, if you get over near the shore, green power bait or copper color spinners work great. Also can't go wrong along the shore with the ole bobber and worm. Tight lines!
