They dont say, but if they found the boy, he must have been wearing a life-jacket. Im assuming dad wasnt.

Super sad. Even the best swimmer can be thumped in the head flipping a boat. You have no margin for error underwater. Best to just wear the PFD. I also always figure it will be a lot easier to hang onto all of my gear if I'm not trying to tread water.
