Northwest Fishing Reports

I know people like to fish for brown trout in the late fall/early winter when they are staging for their spawn. Has anybody fished Rock Lake for pre-spawn browns? I hear they stage in shallow water and get pretty aggressive. Seems like the Rock Creek outlet next to the boat launch would be a good area. I'll be catch and release only if that gives anyone comfort in revealing their secrets
