Northwest Fishing Reports

Hey Everyone, so around the end of this month or early next month I am going to Leavenworth for 3 days. We are going to do the winter/Christmas downtown scene, but we are staying with a group of friends and are planning on renting a house on/near a river. Does anyone have any recommendation for where to hit up, gear (fly/ float beads/). I can check the regs to see what is and is not open, but I was hoping to see if anyone has experience fishing in this area, and around this time of the year.
