It depends where you want to fish, the Duwamish opens at August 20th, from 405 bridge to downstream. The Green from Auburn 277th street to 405 will open Sept 1st. Rest of it will open Sept 16th.

They have a bait prohibited from August 20th thru 31st.

1rh84f, it is in your best interest if you want to go fishing to learn how to read your regs. Not sayin kzoo is wrong cause he is not, but he's not the one who writes out the tickets. I would want to know for myself cause I doubt you can quote wa lakes to get out of a ticket. Its also just a simple respect for your sport thing- have fun.

Btw spokane st bridge opens on the 19th and it looks like that area is only open on weekends this year.
