if you follow tester RD from Monroe towards the water it will follow 522. once you go under 522 you come to a T, take a left and go until you come to a gate and park. there will probably be car already parked before you get to the gate. Go through the gate, follow the road about twenty yards and look to the left for a trail into the tall grass, follow trail to the river, catch fish.
