Does Amber have an area to launch a small aluminum boat?

Yep, lots of room. The original concrete launch has been blocked for years but there's lots of room right beside it. Guys have been bringing in and taking out boats like yours for years without difficulty.

Yeah there are large rocks blocking the concrete launch. But you should have no problem launching your boat.
