Northwest Fishing Reports

few of my friends had a good day Whats with the upside down fish? And where did your friends find sun??? I was out yesterday and got soaked to the skin even with waders and raingear (pics coming). His reports aren't always what they seem. Hense the upside down fish? Maybe it was on a different day?...
