Lake Washington tomorrow
Going to give the smallies a try tomorrow with my 18 ft Alumaweld. If you know a little about smallmouth, or even if you don't its just me so one angler to ride along would be good.

Re: Lake Washington
Thanks for the quick comeback! The website calendar for the American Bass association shows they are having a tournament on Lake Washington. The director is listed as Brad Johnson at 425-829-4140. I was hoping to get a starting time and find out if all the boats are launching at one location. Hoping...

Skykomish open seat
Got an 18 ft sled and lots of experience in it. Not much in the Sky. Looking to take along somebody who can share a little knowledge. Depends on water conditions and regulations, looking to hit the June 1 opener.

I reviewed the crime statfs. Looks to me like Grand Coulee is a hotspot for theft. Cannot imagine why that would be but Its higher than both the state and national average for theft.

Snohomish tide index
Wondering what the difference in tide is between Everett and Cady in Snohomish. Say low tide at Everett is at 0700, when would low tide at Cady be?

Re: Need advise on boating near the Tri-Cities
Yep, its mostly a giant lake, except when the wind blows. Not a big deal, BUT there are a few sneaker rocks around and not all are right near the shore. There are charts available, by the time you see it on the depth finder its to late! Another thing I have done in unfamiliar water is just use the k...

Re: Methow River (winthrop)
I was born in Winthrop, seen the steelheading go from GREAT to poor, back to GREAT, now its kinda tough again. I do not go there anymore, to many ascot wearing guides in every hole. The public access areas are seriously plugged....

We used to spank em in Lake Chelan at 40 fathoms with circle hooks and a set line. Fresh hunks of Whitefish was the hot bait.

Re: snowcreek Neah?
I went and stayed at Snow Creek last year. They were VERY hard to get ahold of. It was like pulling teeth to get them to launch or retrieve a boat. They advertise they have WiFi but it rarely works. The ocean surge comes in pretty strong to the dock. Use double tie ups or moor out. They have mooring...

Re: RULES PROPOSED FOR THE 2015 - 2016 fishery
I have attempted to determine what the proposed regulation would consider a "leader". I contacted various people at WDFW, none of them were willing to say what their proposed definition would be. Of course we sometimes see a leader defined as that line which is attatched to the main line. Also we se...

Re: Proper Catch and Release Essentials
I always wonder about the photos I see of fish out of the water about to be released. Even if you do not agree with the regulation its not a great idea to take a photo of yourself doing an violation AND post it on the internet.
