Hit North lake today. Went out with my two daughters and the grandpa. We took out 2 two man rubber rafts and set out to catch a lunker. The last time we came out we were skunked. This time we hit the lake at around 1030 am and we surprised to have not caught a thing. We decided to troll a round a bit. Used a green flat fish and still nothing. Anchored by the shore and did a little power egg bait fishing. It started to rain and WHAMO!!!!!!! We caught fish after fish after fish. Then it stops raing and the fish stop biting. Strange. Then again it started to rain and again the fish started biting. We started to get soacked and the girls were whinning so we [ulled anchor and headed home. All in all, 1 yellow perch (1st one I have ever seen) and 7 rainbow were kept. All above 12". Have fun.
