I am not aware of Snohomish Co. plants, Matt. However, if you want fish go to Silver Lake in south Everett. The fish are plentiful and have grown over the summer and are running 12 inches and up. Every morning there are many many fish rising and jumping. I have done well trolling a wooly worm right on the surface until the sun gets up in the sky. Then, a Kastmaster, (red/chrome) slow trolled drew strikes. I don't still fish but even the dockers are doing okay. The lake is pretty deep for a small lake and the fish seem to concentrate in the northeast portion of the lake over the 30-40 foot depths. Let us know if you try it out and good luck.
