Once again the WSDFG has missed the boat. They plant a lake that has a tremendous "bug" population and allow every treble hooked, powerbaited, marsh mellowed worm chucker in King County to catch its finned inhabitants just as fast as their Zebco "Snoopy" reels cast 10lb monofilament death line into this pristine lowland lake. You fish all day for three nice rainbows that grab your olive bugger (releasing the same) , only to see some worm jockey yard 'em' out later using a hunk of his ham&cheese sandwich as bait. NOTE TO STATE. Black Lake could be self-sustaining if you were to make it a true quality lake. Klaus, Bridges, and Boyle are quality, why not Black? My Grandson is 1 years and it would be nice if he didn't grow up thinking Cutthroat and Rainbow trout were as extinct as T-Rex.
