I tried hitting some deeper docks with the dropshot right off the bat but not even a nibble. Switched to jerkbait in the shallow and within minutes hooked into a dandy smb. Looked at least 3# but as I'm wrestling it, popped off. Kept hammering the shallows with the jerkbait and finding more smallies. Couldn't hook anything as big though but at least the action was consistent. Dinks to maybe 1.5#

Bouncing around, I found what I assume are the nets from Muckleshoot Indian Tribe nets for their "reaserch". I only saw a line floating on top of the water and I thought somebody lost a play floating platform or something. Was I got closer, I saw the net below. Based on the number marked on this buoy and the others down the distance, there's at least 9. It's a bummer bc I saw several large fish dead in the net
