Was looking forward for this day for about a week. The forecast looked good and good crabbing tides. End ov November and no rain so hewaded out to Hood Canal, North of Ayok Point :) Got a late start since I was having trouble finding bait for the traps. Was on the water at 10:10AM. It was cold on the motor especially when I hit 44 MPH.

Pots were in around 10:45. First two pulls had 3 Kkeeper Dungeness and had to throw back one that was maybe 1/16th" too samll. A few smaller ones. Next pull was 0 but I was having a problem and pulled the pot up at an angle. No crab :( The two next pulls were not great. I was getting cold, the sun was behind clouds since 12:30 so headed back to the ramp. Ended with 4 Dungies and 1 large rock. One Dungeness was 7.5". Was a good day and got home before darck to flush the boatand cook, clean crab :)
