Got a late start this mourning, we arrived at the lake at a little after 10 a.m.. This was our first trip to this lake and where following tips for fishing it found in hunting and fishing news. we launched and followed the east bank almost all the way to the north end of the lake. we drug flatfish behind flashers and caught one on our way up (football sized triploid) probably 18 inch and almost as big around. after trolling around awhile we catch two more in about the same place in about the same place as the first these where much smaller fish. the bite seemed to come on when the sun would come out... it was not out much. all said and done we caught three fish and trolled for about three hours. We saw a few plunkers on the dock and near the boat launch with a few fish. The fishing seemed a little slow. Small plug for this website it is about the best report posting site that I have found on Washington lakes. But I am sure there are more people reading and fishing than posting. I will keep posting if you do.
