We started fishing at 8am trolling Kokanee gear on the surface with side planners speeds ranging from 1.1mph - 1.6mph we caught 7 Trophy Kokanee and lost many others. We also caught 20 rainbows which was a blast!! The largest Trophy Kokanee we caught was 19” the largest trout we caught was 21” the trout average size seams to be up this year 18”- 21” this could be the year we have all been waiting for!! We have favorable water conditions and now is the time to start hitting the water and dialing in your gear to chase these hart fighting and great tasting fish.
