Arrived about noon and fished for Muskies till 3pm. Had several follows on a large crankbait but no hits. Weedy bays and points near west end seem to be the best. Fished for largemouth down the northside of the lake. Caught four nice bass all on a jig-n-pig. They were a 2lb, 3lb, 4lb and a brute of 6lbs. Used to fish Western Washington lakes, now fish Eastern Washington. There is only one lure you need in this state for both eary spring and fall, a jig-n-pig. My largest was a 9lb bass out of Long lake near lacy, caught several 8lb bass as well, even my 15 year old daughter caught an 8lb bass on long lake with a jig-n-pig. I would like to thank the state though for stocking all of the bait for the bass every year; those trout are nice and soft for both the bass and muskies to eat.
