8/4/2019 6:05:20 AMJust a heads up, WDFW issued a rule change closing the Nisqually River on Sundays from the mouth to the tank crossing bridge above Muck Creek, closure is in effect Aug 1 - Nov 15, 2019. 8/12/2019 4:20:37 PMFished handicap hole at first light, then 3 or 4 sections of the military access. Approx. 40 anglers and observed 6 hook ups in 6 hours, 2 foul hooked and 2 lost. Fish were tailing and pushing up with the tide change, but few and far between. Saw more dark Springers than chrome. Slow slow slow it'll be a few more weeks before they start stacking up

8/16/2019 12:25:50 PMI've been down a few times, two days ago the most recent to a couple of my hot spots.. Usually have at least a handful on the card by now, sitting with a big 0 right now.. agreed with above, slower than usual this year.
