6/9/2018 11:33:47 AMThat's been a tough lake for me. I've made the drive there 6 different times over the last few years with the same results. It's fishy as hell but I've never caught anything over 2 lbs. Seen pics of some nice fish tho

6/9/2018 2:57:05 PMI caught one a little over three pounds the end of April but that was my only bite of the day. It looked so good that I decided to try again now that it warmed up a bit. That algae bloom was seriously nasty though, I really should have gone elsewhere.
There's so much great cover for bass and I like the 5mph speed limit being a float tube fisherman, but it's been disappointing. I did notice a lot of people harvesting larger fish in previous reports. Hopefully it hasn't been depleted. Oh well, lots of other lakes to try around here.
