Met up with Paul Lewis of Fast Action Fishing Adventures to fish Lake Sammamish for Cutthroat Trout! Arrived at the lake around 8:00am lines in the water by 8:30-8:45am. Started fishing in the upper part of the lake but more towards the middle. It took some time for the first fish to bite, I'd say a good half hour but as soon as Paul said "what your rods guy's, there's fish jumping" bam! Fish on!! We managed to put that fish in the boat fishing at 15 feet! That's when the bite started picking up and all morning we had a trout slaughter fest! Single, doubles and triple hook ups were the norm all morning. Fished for about 4 hours with 4 limits in the boat, counting the ones that we through back safely since we used bait. Reli Lures Diamond Flash Spinners in the colors Ruby Red, 50/50 Silver, UV Green and UV Orange were the most productive Along with the God's Tooth Kokanee Rigs in 50/50 Gold were killer as well! 14-16 inch leaders of 12lb fluorocarbon attached to Rocky Mountain Tackle Signature Dodgers and tipped the hooks with a piece of nighcrawler. As far as scent goes Super Dipping Sauce in the Krill/Anise was killer! But we also caught fish with no scent applied. Thanks Paul for joining us and again showing us more tips and techniques to the lake! If you guy's are interested in booking a trip with Paul Lewis of Fast Action Fishing Adventures you can go to his website or give him a call anytime! Soon he'll be guiding Lake Stevens Kokanee as well! If your interested in purchasing our lures, you can get them at Zombie Tinder.com/Reli Lures. We had a fantastic but cold day on the lake and can't wait wait to get back out there again! Tight lines everybody and enjoy the video!
