Just curious, did you have a tribal license while fishing the San Poil? I see a lot of folks fishing up past line "A"

7/16/2016 9:41:00 AMNo tribal license required unless fishing above boundary "C" which is the 1310' line and reservation boundary. If anyone is cited for fishing below the 1310' line IN A BOAT, contact Chris Donley at WDFW Spokane. If you're chasing trout and kokanee, waters are closed to both species above boundary "B". I have fished the San Poil for years and have never seen a tribal enforcement boat (don't even know what one would look like).
Not happy to hear the kokanee bite appears to have shut down, we're heading up next week specifically for kokanee. Oh well, we'll enjoy scenery and time on the water regardless. :-)
