Way to Go! Glad you found them, thats the kind of encouragement I was looking for. Will be down to the elephant looking for some of that dip. Seems like I haven't provided quite enough encouragement to get as good of bite as I was in December and January.
Stay after them,
Mark

looks like the bigger ones over there hit at a higher speed then the ones on the west side. I have found that when I get over 1.5 the bite drops for them and I start getting trout

I was constantly asking my son Amos about our speed, I have a Luhr Jensen Speed Troll attaches to side of your boat and lead ball in the water about 4 feet down and it seemed when we got are fish we were pushing 1.7 1/2 to 1.8 but I think the double dodger set up got the majority of the fish, we hooked two Dick Nite Dodgers together 16 inch leader to our Orange Flies, we call it a( Rapala Fly) and they had two orange beads ahead of the fly with a 1.5 Glow Burst Smiley Blade, Its a new blade and the fish go crazy over it.

walleyegater;
I don't use lead line a lot so am curious why you use 80' of leader?

Hey "clawman" their is no solid reason for the 80ft mono leader except this when you are using leaded line it is usually 10ft per color, so 4 colors put you behind the boat 40ft, then the 80ft mono leader puts you 120 ft back and that rod caught 3 of our 4 fish. The rods on the downriggers were 80 to 100 ft back, so with all that said the proof is in the pudding, those Kokanee are spooky and can be very finicky and you could run that mono leader shorter but when you are only running 1 or 2 colors it still puts you far enough away from the boat, "Tight Lines And Keep Reelin "
