We put in at Porcupine Bay at about 8:00 am water temp was 38.00, water was still stained and wind was blowing very hard and we had 2-3ft waves coming up the river coming back. We fished jigs most of the day. Our other guy who fishs with us fished dropped shot and blade baits. In total we caught 1 fish over 25" and 10 in the 16-19" range. We fished up into the narrows where we found water in the low 40's but way to windy to fish. Sunday we fished Kettle Falls area where the fish had lock jaw all day after the cold front that came through on Sat. We caught one Ling and one big Rainbow. Talked to 4 other boats on the river up there that fish for Walleye all the time and no one had any Walleye. Water temp up there was 38 degrees an fairly clear.
