Went out this morning before day light with intentions of finding some small mouth to wrestle, boy was i wrong not a soul in that department. Water was pretty cold still marking schools out in deep water. Slow rolled cracks, threw grubs all morning till about Noon when I finally threw in the towel //: Bummer no bass. Well then i picked up one of my trout rods (No downriggers ) Added some weight estimate 1/8th -1/4th ounce with a Clear an pink splatter hoochy with (As pictured with the cuttie) about 20" behind my weight (No flasher , fish in here aren't the biggest fans). Dropped that about 50 yards back trolled at around 1.2 Mph. Started my troll at about Noon thirty and on my first pass in front of the creek i got that 15 inch rainbow. Bonked him (Meat cut RED) , finished my run down pulled a U and headed back up. Couple times back an forth and I seen the pecking start, peck peck -- peck --- peck -- whammy fish on!! ultra light doubled over! Fish went straight for the bottom! Turned her knowing branches litter the bottom beneath us. She came Rocketing toward the boat the reel to line ratio is low on these small reels and almost lost her.Couple more solid runs and i reached down for the grab. MONEY!! 18 inch cuttie ! Bonked her. After that it was slow for about an hour so i moved to a different creek mouth. Hit a couple smaller 11" rainbows and a couple more 8-12" cutthroat witch were released. Finally went back to trolling in front of the previous creek and after about 15 minutes boated that 13 inch cutthroat (All on the hoochy). After that i switched up to floating a night crawler just trying to fill my limit and immediately hooked a chunky 16 inch colored up rainbow (No picture forgot). Putt him in the box and that was the day ended around 5:30pm. That weather was killer though . . Cold as all get at today.
Tight Lines everyone, Hope i didn't bore you to much with this report. Haha

Nice fish! I thought you didn't agree with not posting locations?

@Jerry Hahah , remember the part about keeping some of the hot spots to yourself and sharing the rest? This would be one of the selected few "hot spots" Springer. You gave off the vibe location wasn't important so i thought i wouldn't waste my time reporting that part. P.s Cutts don't get 18" from a daily dose of heavy pressure.
Steelhead6438 , Planter season is coming up. Until then Lake Kapowsin had some tug dropped in. Give that a go as well as American is heating up pretty steady for some and can be a great opportunity. Check with Toni from Wanna fish a lure for some crucial lures as well as some possible tips and tricks to use on American. Best of luck. Link: http://www.wannafishalure.com/

And cutthroat will not remain to stay considerable size if you so choose to kill a native trout!
