Ok, so I discovered a semi-secret lake, at least I didn't know about it before.LOL The lake has only one small spot to access it. It was a beautiful day so I left work at lunch and launched out in my tube. I threw mostly a green 5" Senko. Unfortuneatly the sun was blazing straight up in the sky. I only caught the one dink LMB. I saw about 6 different ones cruising in the lillies. The lake only has 3 docks, so there wasn't a lot of area that was shaded. I did decide that I should get some stouter line for pitching baits into the lilly pads, and brush, too easy to brake off otherwise. Had a few bites from smaller fish that couldn't deal with the large senko. Of course nobody else was on the water. Had one elderly woman scold me for taking pictures?? I wasn't taking any pics. other than the one fish, strange. I"ll be back.
