Hey bro, I used to fish this lake also when I was a teen....we loved going there and catching bass, bluegill and catfish.....I took my son there a few years ago and was disappointed at all the litter all over the place...I picked up some of it, but still.....come on. anyways....

yea its in fircrest i bottom fished a worm from shore over by the lil pond next 2 the houses and caught a carp.not the colour full one but the outher one thats kinda greyish/brown.and the funny thing is that.it didnt even eat the hook i got it on the side of its face..so i think i got lucky.but hey i caught one of the if not the biggest fish in that lake ;p.and yea i rember when this places was crawling with fish.but now.its like...wtf. theres harld a thing there.and yea theres hela trash.there.and people.doing drugs.ive walked up on people doign them and i know it wasnt pot cause it shure didnt smell like it..i think its time the WDFW comes and regulates this place and weed out the druggies and put this baby back on the map.and please stock it

I just looked at the lake on maps.live.com and hit the birdseye view. That lake sure has heavy vegitation. Considering its size and location, Im not sure if it is a WDFW issue. I think there is a minimum lake size they will bother with. Anyone know the size of the lake? 10 acres max. If your finding drug stuff I'd be calling the Tacoma cops. Let the mayor know how crappy the lake has become. I know busgets are tight but they might squeeze a few bucks for a cleanup effort.
