Hooked up with fishinislife,Trent and his buddy Mark.They turned me on to this gem of a lake tucked away in the woods.I caught two dinks on a silver Rapala floating minnow.With me not knowing a thing about bass fishing I was eager to learn.So fishinislife hooked me up with senko.For all you bass guys my hat is off to you guys it takes patience to do the the drop shot.Me being a trout and salmon guy I felt kinda out of my element but learning a new technique and species is always fun.All in all a good day on the lake.Trent caught a few Mark I think had some bites but no takers.Fishinislife caught the biggest of the day 4 pounds and some change.I was watching him do the jiggin thing then the water erupted and he caught a very nice bass.This lakes location safe with me but to anyone who stumbles on to it be warned of the cougar who lurks around and I'm not talking about the hot middle aged woman either but the feline one.He is out there so remember take a couple of buddies with so if you do cross paths with it you don't have to be the fastest just not the slowest.Thanks yall for showing me this lake and giving me some good tips and showing me how to catch these guys.
