Fishing on the Clearwater for us Continues to be very good! We are continuing to see very good catches of large B-run steelhead. Our fish have been averaging 12-15 pounds, and there seem to be a lot of them around. fishing conditions continue to remain very good and things will only get better of the next week or so as it seems the super cold weather has given us a break. Most of our fish have come side drifting eggs and back trolling divers and Shrimp. The winter months of December - February are often some of our best fishing months. We have more 10+ fish days during the nest two months than we have the rest of the season. Currently we are spending all our time in the 40 miles of river between Lewiston, ID and Orofino, ID as the cold temps have locked the upper river up with some Ice.
