Chums are in! Fished near 405, didn't start at the optimum time but fish were surfacing periodically throughout the few hours I spent fishing. Water was running high but it started to heat up as the day went on. Ended up hooking 3 and landed one. Gave me an awesome fight and weighed upwards of 10 pounds. Decided to call it after the third fished snapped off my whole rig. Looking to be a pretty good Chum season on the Green!!

Did you fish this weekend? River must have been super high and fast since the CFS was hovering around 2K! When I caught one last week it was about 1.5K. Anyhow, thx for the report! Were you drifting corky and yarn? Stoked to hear that more chum are coming in. I can't wait to get out and hook into some more!

Yup I fished it yesterday and the river definitely was up. Green corky and yarn with lots of lead

Thx! Similar set up to what I caught one on last week - orange corky with green yarn. I was fishing in Kent so a bit upstream from where you were. Will try to hit up the same spot tomorrow.

Actually by 405 I meant by the bridge! The fish are up at the hatchery already

Auburn-Black Diamond Rd Bridge (HWY 18), right? Green's not open beyond that until Nov 1.

Thats why you fish the other side!!

Just trying to confirm some details since 405 is nowhere near here and the hatchery is on the other side of "the bridge." :)

Yes I initially meant highway 18 lol

It's all good! Went out this morning just to see how high the river was since CFS was over 2K. Well, it's pretty high! Still fishable. May head out this weekend.
