Was lucky to get in a few hours casting before work today. Worked highway side of Reiter fishing and picking up trash/line for a few hours. Was more successful on the trash than fish. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that others have been working to keep the area clean. Still left with 1/2 bag of garbage, probably 80 yards of braid/mono.
It was a bit slow out there today, but a few guys got fish .

Noticed that a few areas folks were using the bushes as a place to drop a deuce, really-and near the river?

Call out your buddies if you see this, couple places to stop on the way fishing to use the bathroom, guys-like High Bridge Boat launch ( uh oh, gave up one of my favorite spots)

Only by being stewards of our fishing areas will we get to keep them and our privileges. Nice being out there and seeing a bunch of nice guys fishing.

Next time maybe this will pay off for me!
