FUNNNN... Today was my first ever 5 star day! Thanks, Nate Treat, for guiding me into such great bank fishin. Most of the day was spent with bobber floated shrimp tipped jig and boy did some of those chum deep swallow that hook. Dozens of mostly buck chum ON with only 2 foul hooks made for an exhausting and perfect way to hone my skills under Nate's direction. Those 3 coho Nate magically hooked were masterful at using bottom terrain to evade capture and, wow, so many powerful chum battles kept me entertained all day. And that silver meat is sooo red, with my chum lookin really too good even for the smoker. Soon, we'll have to share today's GoPro footage of an amazingly sunny and warm mid-November day.
