10/7/2013 8:01:00 AMIf you truly feel certain individuals are disrespecting the rules of fishing or any types of illegal fishing, BE PROACTIVE AND REPORT THE ISSUE. Hiding behind your desk/computer; bitching and complaining about the issues will NOT resolve the problem. (BE SMART, do NOT confront the individual; is NOT your job. Call Call WDFW toll-free 1-877-933-9847 (1-877-WDFW-TIP).
If you DO NOT use these resources and all you do is complain and bitch about it, you are an IDIOT for not doing so. Again, be PROACTIVE, don't be lazy; hiding behind your desk and complain will resolve the issues.
